Introductory classes run on a consecutive basis every 5 weeks on a Monday night at 7:00pm. Designed to be interactive and discussion based. Meditation classes held on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm . You will be taught to meditate in a safe supportive conditions by an experienced teacher. Meetings are on Mondays at 7:00pm and Tuesdays at 7:30pm.
