The City of Mandurah works towards developing active spaces for youths. Many of these are the various skate parks and BMX tracks located throughout the City. Details of locations can be found below.

The Billy Bowler Skate Park located on the Western Foreshore is the Peel Region's premier skate facility. The regional level facility caters for all levels of skaters with a wide variety of elements.

The Milgar BMX track is Mandurah's only formal BMX racing track. The track was a project developed between the City of Mandurah and the Peel BMX Club. The Peel BMX Club races at the track each Saturday afternoon during school terms and are always on the lookout for more members and volunteers. This area is one of the facilities catering for the youth in the southern end of the City. The area contains a local level skate facility and a recently developed dirt jump area molded by local riders to meet their needs.

The City of Mandurah's newest skate and BMX facility has a rider designed BMX dirt jump area and a small street skate area alongside a basketball hardcourt area.
