Mandurah at a Glance

Located 72km south of Perth, and is the largest growing regional centre in Western Australia.Mandurah is currently the tenth largest council in Western Australia and offers idyllic waterfront location with a local population forecast to reach 123,402  by 2036.


Mandurah boasts an excellent commuter transport service to Perth. Mandurah is the last station on the Perth Metropolitan Rail Southern Network. This line provides a regular fast train service (around 48 minutes) between Perth and Mandurah, leaving from the Underground and Esplanade stations in Perth city, and calling at nine stations along the way. Several major roads connect Mandurah to the Perth Metropolitan area; however Kwinana Freeway enables an easy one hour drive access to the Perth CBD.
