Halls & Reserves
The City of Mandurah has a variety of sport and recreation facilities available for hire as listed below. We are also able to take ground bookings for weddings and street activities such as fetes, stalls and raffles:

Application Guidelines & Procedures
If you are interested in booking or hiring any of the facilities listed above, please contact our Recreation Assistant - Bookings on 9550 3620 or Recreation Assistant Administration on 9550 3624.
Application forms are to be completed in full and returned to the Recreation Assistant – Bookings or Recreation Assistant Administration at least 14 days prior to the booking date otherwise a late fee will be incurred.

- Application to Consume Alcohol at a Council Facility
Confirmation of approved applications will be provided in writing prior to the booking date with any additional terms and conditions identified which may be specific to the booking.
FEES & CHARGES
Bonds and hire charges for facilities and reserves are in accordance with the City of Mandurah's "Schedule of Fees" which is updated on an annual basis. Payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking date at Council's Administration Building - 3 Peel Street, Mandurah.
A Fee Category Assessment Form is to be completed if your are applying for a fee reduction or waiver. Your group must comply with Council's "Donations to Community Groups" policy aims and guidelines to be eligible.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
As a Casual Hirer you are covered under the City of Mandurah's Public Liability Insurance. You are classified as a "Casual" hirer if you apply to hire a Council Facility or Reserve 10 times or less per year: ** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EXCLUDES INCORPORATED BODIES **
As a Regular, Seasonal or Annual applicant, it is the hirer's responsibility to provide current Public Liability insurance cover to the value of $10,000,000. A certified copy of the Certificate of Insurance must accompany your first application.
Risk management should be an ongoing process for your club/association. Contact our Recreation Officers to assist you with developing risk management policy/guidelines or for a list other agencies to contact for further information.
