Rules of Summer

Creative Consultation, 14 January to 12 February 2016
Mandurah Libraries, in partnership with Spare Parts Puppet Theatre and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre invite the community to participate in a creative consultation process that will help inform the development of a production of Shaun Tan’s 'Rules of Summer'.
Look for the clothesline on display at Mandurah Library and Falcon eLibrary and Community Centre, where you’ll find images from the book.

Nearby you’ll find journals for you to capture and record your reflections of these images in words and pictures using the materials provided.

How do they make you feel? What memories do they evoke?

The journals will inform the Creative Development for the production of Rules of Summer. Spare Parts Puppet Theatre is a Fremantle based puppetry company that aims to provide opportunities for every Western Australian child to engage with the performing arts to help them learn and grow.
