This Directorate manages the fundamental elements of the organisation's human, economic, technology and information resources administered via structured processes and practices. It is also responsible for providing the personal 'face' and 'voice' of the organisation through Customer Services.

These disciplines obtain, develop and maintain these vital resources for all areas of the City of Mandurah's operations.
