Reporting Graffiti OnLine
The term ‘graffiti vandalism’ refers to defacing private and public property without consent from the property owner. Graffiti vandalism is illegal.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to report graffiti to the ‘Goodbye Graffiti Hotline’ on 1800 44 22 55.
Prompt graffiti removal is seen as best-practice in graffiti reduction as it diminishes the level of recognition and reward achieved by graffiti vandals and also prevents assets from appearing uncared for. It is the property owners’ responsibility to remove graffiti. Residents and businesses are encouraged to remove graffiti from their property.
The City of Mandurah’s Graffiti Removal team are responsible for promptly removing graffiti from council property such as City of Mandurah buildings, footpaths, or City owned signs.
