Customer Services can assist you with all your general enquiries and service requests, including change of addresses, building licence information, dog licences, pensioner applications, verge tree requests, issuing of rat bait and syringe disposal units, information on refuse services, hall booking information, applications for copies of residential/commercial plans.

Customer Services invites you to visit the Administration Offices to take advantage of the services and information that is currently offered to members of the public. Customer Services will endeavour to assist you with any enquiry you may present to them.

There is also a range of handouts and fact sheets available to the public, covering a wide range of issues and topics. These can be accessed through the link to the left of the page, titled "Forms/Minutes", by visiting the Administration Building, or by phoning Customer Services and arranging for them to post the information to you.
