Legal & Compliance
The Legal and Compliance Section forms part of the Chief Executive Office Directorate.
The core activities of the section include:
- Legal advice to the organisation;
- Executive management support services;
- Policy and Local Law management;
- Tenders;
- Leases and Licences;
- Risk management; and
- General advice to the organisation and its clients pertaining to the functions of Corporate Governance.
The Legal and Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements inclusive of risk management, land and property, together with maintaining a high level of service and advice to the organisation and its clients with issues pertaining to the functions of Corporate Governance.
