Amendment No 111 to Town Planning Scheme No 3
Lot 9508 Newport Drive, Dudley Park

At its meeting of June 16th 2009, Council resolved to adopt the above scheme amendment to the City of Mandurah’s Town Planning Scheme No 3 for the purposes of advertising.

The purpose of the amendment is rezoning Lot 9508 from its current zoning of ‘Residential R17.5’ to ‘Urban Development’. This ‘Urban Development’ zoning requires the preparation and approval of an Outline Development Plan (ODP), which would provide for an extra layer of planning control with more flexible and potentially more appropriate outcomes.

Prior to any approvals or developments occurring on the site, any ODP would have to undergo the same community consultation process as the Scheme Amendment.

As part of the advertising process, you have the opportunity to provide comment on the Amendment with copies of the Scheme Amendment report available for viewing at the City’s Administration Centre, 3 Peel Street, Mandurah, between 8.15am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday or can be downloaded below:
