Information Handouts
INQB8
INQB8.mandurah Centre for Contemporary Art is a City of Mandurah managed exhibition and workshop space that promotes and makes accessible a diverse range of contemporary art.
It is particularly suited to emerging artists and recent graduates due to its low cost gallery space and central location. It supports exhibition development and partnerships with artists, arts organisations and communities by providing low cost rental spaces, developmental assistance and information services for exhibitors.
Located at 63 Ormsby Terrace nestled between the City of Mandurah Administration Building and Accent Mandurah, the centre provides a 120sqm central gallery space, two 15sqm artist studio spaces and a thirtysqm workshop space.
Opened in 2011, INQB8.mandurah is developing a calendar of events and is seeking expressions of interest for exhibitions in the gallery space, workshop facilitation and residents for the two artist studios.
The gallery is currently open only during exhibitions, from Wednesday to Sunday 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm, with extended hours on Thursday through to 5.00pm.
Adaptation is currently exhibiting! - SymbioticA's art and ecology research project exploring the microbe to the macro, and everything in-between. Exhibition ends June 3 2012.
