Local Planning Policies
Note: The City of Mandurah is undertaking a major review of its existing Local Planning Policies. These reviewed Local Planning Policies were adopted by Council on 16 June 2009 for public comment. This public comment period closed on Friday 7 August 2009. Local Planning Policies are adopted under clause 9.6 of Town Planning Scheme No 3. They provide for assessment provisions against which proposals are assessed against.
