Local Planning Policies

Note:  The City of Mandurah is undertaking a major review of its existing Local Planning Policies.  These reviewed Local Planning Policies were adopted by Council on 16 June 2009 for public comment.  This public comment period closed on Friday 7 August 2009.  Any queries regarding the review of the Local Planning Policies may be directed to the City’s Planning and Projects section on (08) 9550 3748 or planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au
