Outline Development Plans are adopted under clause 7.11 of Town Planning Scheme No 3. They provide for the subdivision and development of land that is generally zoned 'Urban Development' in Town Planning Scheme No 3.

All approved Outline Development Plans are available through the City's Online Maps, which are accessible from the link at the top of the web page. Where relevant, once a property has been selected, the Outline Development Plan for a specific area can be accessed within the "TPSNo3 module" of the mapping system.
