Copies of agendas and reports for every Committee and Council meeting are published on the City's website the Friday before the meeting day. Additionally, copies of the agendas and reports are generally made available for public perusal upon arrival at the Council Chamber on the night of the meeting. However, we would emphasise that these are limited in number and provided on a 'first come, first serve' basis.
