Agendas for meetings set out the items of business to be considered at a meeting and also the order in which they will be considered.

Minutes provide a detailed record of the meetings held – who attended, the business that was considered and the decisions (or in the case of Committees, the recommendations) that were made.

Electronic Agendas and the supporting reports are available on the City's website the Friday before the meeting is due to be held, whilst Minutes of Council are published on the website within a maximum of 10 working days after the meeting.

Additionally, hard copies of agendas are also available for members of the public to view at the Reception Area at the City's Administration Building Mandurah Library and Falcon e-Library & Community Centre.
