NEED SOME COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE FUNDING?
The City of Mandurah advises local community groups that the closing date to apply for funding through the February round of its Community Assistance Grants scheme has been extended to March 6.
Community Assistance Grants are one-off contributions which assist not-for-profit community groups to deliver projects that:
- Build the capacity of the group to deliver services
- Increase the skills of group members and members of the broader community
- Increase the community’s or group’s access to services, information or community products
- Assist in the development of community pride and satisfaction
- Value and celebrate diversity in our community.
The total pool for this round is $20,000 (available to local groups) with a maximum amount per applicant of $3000. Another round is planned for later in the year.
Applications are now available from the City of Mandurah and all applications must be received at the City of Mandurah Administration Office, 3 Peel Street, Mandurah before 4.30pm on March 6.
