Payments may be made by credit card over the internet. The acceptable cards are Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Select either of the payment options on the menu to the left to make a payment online. If you have multiple payments to make, you may use the shopping cart menu item to add payments to a cart, then proceed to check out and pay the combined amount.  If you do not wish to use this online facility to pay your account, please check your Rates Notice or Statement for alternative methods of payment.

Alternatively, Council cashiers are available between 8:15am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday at the Administration Building located at 3 Peel Steet, Mandurah to receive rates and other payments. Payments at the Council can be made with cash, cheque, debit card or credit card.

Payment Security

The City of Mandurah uses sophisticated security to keep your payment and personal details confidential. Our credit card authentication uses Secure SSL encryption, the same technology used by major banks. Please click the Verisign Logo to view the sites security certificate. 

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with their reporting procedures.

Payment Disclaimer

You are responsible for entering all information correctly. You acknowledge that if you enter incorrect information:

• Your bills may not be paid; and
• You are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your credit card provider or City of Mandurah.

Additionally you acknowledge that;

• Where your credit card issuer or financial institution for any reason declines a payment made by you through eServices, those bills will not have been paid;
• Where your payment is declined, you are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your credit card provider, financial institution, or to City of Mandurah; and
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your nominated credit card or bank account to allow payment of the bills selected by you through eServices when the debit is made from your account.

Payments completed after 4:00pm will be processed on the following business day. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to be processed.
