If it poors we go indoors! If your planning on making your way down to the festival this weekend, don't let the rain stop you. We have made some adjustments to the tmtetable to ensure you don't miss out on any of the fun. See the 'Updated Timeline' for the latest event times and locations.

‘Breath’
Join us for the 11th Annual Stretch Festival. This year we explore the theme 'Breath' in all its forms; through the environment and our iconic thrombolites and through our own daily breath. We invite you to get involved in the array of activities on offer all weekend and engage with your community in a new exciting way, through the arts.
The festival program is filled with exhibitions, art markets, fun activities, workshops, great live music, roving entertainment, amazing art installations, tasty food and much much more.
A crowd of more than 8,000 is expected throughout the course of the festival, made up of locals and visitors to the area. With its strong arts, culture and community focus, the event offers up an array of unique experiences that express and celebrate the vibrant lifestyle that this wonderful seaside location offers.
Festival Launch
6.00pm, Thursday May 3, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre
Our festival launch is an opportunity to thank the many supporters, project facilitators, artists and community groups for their hard work in preparation for the event. Listen to jazz diva Anea Duratovic and experience a very special community dance performance.
This dance work is an excerpt from the 'Breath series' proudly supported by Festivals Australia and will showcase community members, local and visiting professional artists and our local Riptide Youth Dance Company. For more information or FREE tickets, please visit the Mandurah Library, Falcon eLibrary & Community Centre or the City of Mandurah Administration Building, or call us on 9550 3279.
