Mayor's Welcome

We hope you like our website. It’s colourful, easily navigated and relevant to the needs of our changing community.

The intention for our website has always been to make sure it is seen from the community’s viewpoint – that is, what you as a community member would want to find out when searching for information about the City and its services.

As a Council, we want to inform our community about our services and what we are doing each week for our people, but we also want to make it easier for everyone to access our website so they can find the kind of information they are seeking.

This has been first and foremost in the minds of the staff and those who developed the website. There was also a concerted effort to display the vibrancy and diversity of our community through the designs strong use of colours.
