The pavilion is suitable for many activities including, dance, karate, tutoring and church group activities. The main hall is ideal for a variety of large functions, however a party ban was imposed on the facility due to damage. If you wish to hire this facility, please forward function details for consideration by the Manager Recreation Services and Centres. Capacity 150 people seated.

Lakelands is a contemporary residential house that has a spacious open plan family room ideal for large group functions or meetings. It also has a small meeting room that can be used for both formal and informal meetings and contains a well equipped kitchen, with a beautifully landscaped backyard. The backyard has a decked cabana which is an ideal area for young children.
The centre is ideal for many activities including formal and informal meetings, playgroups, arts and craft activities and cooking. Capacity 50 people seated - Meeting Room 1: 30 people, Meeting Room 2: 20 people.

Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (MPAC) boasts a world-class venue second to none in Western Australia. The Murdoch University Peel Campus, is co-located with Mandurah Senior College and Challenger TAFE at the Peel Education Campus in the city of Mandurah, Western Australia. Courses at Peel Campus are offered by Murdoch Business School and School of Nursing.
The Murdoch Stage 1 building, completed in 2005 features two 40-seat learning centres with video communications room, three 30-seat flexible teaching rooms and a 25-seat computer lab. Video and electronic communications links have been developed through Rockingham and Kwinana to the South street campus for online access to unit materials and learning resources.
The Murdoch Stage 2 building, completed in July 2007, has a 250-seat and 60-seat lecture room, both have inbuilt AV facility. There is a Conference/Board Room which seats 18 with video conferencing facilities, a 46-seat wet laboratory and two 8-bed hospital wards for clinical teaching.The new building has a learning area which seats 250 with inbuilt AV, a smaller learning area which seats 60 with inbuilt AV facility.
