RSPCA Community Action Days are designed to assist members of the public with basic pet care requirements and provide helpful tips and information about common pet problems such as flea, tick and worm control, the importance of de-sexing your animals and how to avoid certain issues like flybite and mange.
Come on down and talk to RSPCA staff, vets and vet nurse staff from South Metro TAFE, and receive:
* Free pet food for families in need
* Free flea, worm and tick treatments for dogs and cats, thanks to Advocate
* Free microchipping for dogs (does not include litters or cats)
* Free veterinary health check for dogs and puppies
* Free chain exchange - swap your chain or prong collar for a Rogz flat collar
We encourage you to bring your dogs along but please, due to welfare concerns, do not bring cats or unvaccinated puppies.
