You don’t need a library card to access the following databases and websites.

Mandurah libraries and the State Library of WA provide the following databases as part of a state-wide service.

They are available for use from home simply by keying in your library membership card number.

The Cochrane Library

The Cochrane Library is a collection of evidence-based medical reviews from Cochrane and other systematic reviews, clinical trials and more.  These reviews explore the evidence for and against the appropriateness and effectiveness of treatments (medications, surgery, education, etc) in Specific circumstances.

Since October 2002 all Australians have had access to The Cochrane Library as a result of funding by the Australian Government.
