We all love Mandurah’s natural beauty. Help protect our wildlife and waterways by reporting littering or illegal dumping when you see it. We rely on your help to keep Mandurah clean.

If you see someone dumping waste, or find a pile of dumped rubbish, please report it to the City immediately on (08) 9550 3777. If you witness dumping, try to note the vehicle registration, but do not approach the person.

What is illegal dumping

Illegal dumping is the deliberate act of leaving waste in streets, parks, bushland, or empty lots. It creates a safety hazard and harms our environment.

Examples of illegal dumping include:

  • Bushland: Trailers or truckloads of waste left in reserves or industrial sites.
  • Verge: Household waste placed on the verge more than seven days before a scheduled collection.
  • Charity: Items left outside charity bins or shops after opening hours.
