How to get involved
The City of Mandurah delivers a year-round program of award-winning festivals and events that celebrate our community, support local businesses and attract visitors from across Western Australia.
Applications are now open for the 2026/2027 event season. Whether you're a stallholder, community group, performer, artist, sponsor or would like to participate in one of our events, we invite you to apply.
Key Event Dates – 2026/2027 Season
- Mandurah Arts Festival - 11 September to 11 October 2026
- Mandurah Christmas Pageant – Friday 4 December 2026
- Christmas Lights Trail – 4 December 2026 to 3 January 2027
- Carols in the Park – Sunday 20 December 2026
- New Year’s Eve – Thursday 31 December 2026
- Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest – Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 March 2027
All stallholder and participation opportunities will open on 1 July 2026.
How to Apply
Select the event you're interested in from the Events drop-down menu to view the available applications.
Complete and submit the application that matches your interest before the advertised closing date.
Once applications have closed, the City will assess all submissions and notify applicants of the outcome by email. Successful applicants will then be invited to complete the relevant agreements and terms and conditions before joining the event.
Stallholder Expression of Interest 2026
Mandurah is turning it on this winter.
From ice skating under the lights to fire performances, winter markets, live music, and returning favourites like Secret Sounds of the City and Flame Fest, Winter in Mandurah is set to transform the Mandurah Eastern Foreshore into a vibrant winter destination this July.
The City of Mandurah is now seeking expressions of interest from food vendors, artisan makers, retailers, and local businesses to be part of the Winter in Mandurah Markets 2026.

With thousands of visitors expected across the event period, Winter in Mandurah offers stallholders the opportunity to showcase unique products, delicious food, and engaging experiences in a festive winter atmosphere.
We encourage applications from:
- Food and beverage vendors
- Artisan and handmade product stalls
- Local retailers and creators
- Winter-themed activations and experiences
Stallholder Notification Dates
Successful applicants will be notified on or before the following dates:
- Event 3 July: Monday 1 June 2026
- Event 10 July: Monday 8 June 2026
- Event 17 July: Monday 15 June 2026
Invoices will be issued upon confirmation and are payable within 30 days.

Programming for the festival will be procured through two streams:
1. Request for Quote for Workshops and Interactive Events up to $5,000
This RFQ seeks quotes for low-complexity events that encourage audiences to engage directly in the arts.
2. Registration of Interest for Project and Events up to $25,000
This is the first part of a 2-part process, seeking proposals for medium – large scale projects or events that inspire, entertain or engage our community.
Submissions close on Thursday, 26 March 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Mandurah Christmas Pageant Float Applications
The much-loved Mandurah Christmas Pageant returns on Friday 4 December 2026, kicking off the festive season in spectacular style.
The evening will be bursting with Christmas spirit, beginning with the pageant itself, where community groups, local businesses, schools, sporting clubs, and not-for-profit organisations showcase their creativity through illuminated, colourful, and imaginative floats.
Participants are encouraged to bring their ideas to life, with exciting prizes on offer for standout entries.
Float and stallholder applications open 1 July 2026.

The Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail will return from 4 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, transforming the City Centre into a vibrant festive wonderland.
With stunning light installations and immersive displays, the trail attracts visitors from near and far, reinforcing Mandurah as the Christmas capital of Western Australia.
We’re seeking a range of entertainment and activations to complement the experience, including roving performers, musicians, choirs, dancers, creative workshops, and family-friendly activities.
Stallholder and exhibitor opportunities open 1 July 2026.
Opportunities are also available for Event Partners to align their brand with this iconic festive attraction.
The Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest returns on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 March 2027.
As WA’s largest free regional festival, this award-winning event showcases the very best of Mandurah, featuring fresh seafood, live entertainment, family activities, cooking demonstrations, competitions, and unique water-based experiences.
Attracting more than 100,000 visitors each year, Crab Fest provides an incredible platform for businesses and organisations to connect with a large and diverse audience.
Opportunities are available across a range of areas, including:
