BorrowBox

You can download eBooks and eAudiobooks for all ages from BorrowBox. Install the BorrowBox library app on your Apple iOS or Android device or download to an MP3 device using iTunes or Windows Media Player to enjoy fiction and nonfiction, new releases and classics.

ePlatform

Choose from a range of fiction and non-fiction eBooks for all ages using your library card number and pin from ePlatform. Available on your personal computer or download the app for your Apple or Android tablet or smartphone.

RBdigital eAudiobooks

With RBdigital eAudio you can download your favourite book free to your mp3, iPod, iPhone or Android smartphone. Mandurah libraries bring you romance, thrillers, mystery, children’s, teens, non-fiction, self-help, language and much more in eAudiobook downloadable format.

RBdigital eMagazines

RBdigital eMagazines offers a selection of popular magazine titles. Read magazines online or download the app and enjoy magazines on your PC, tablet or mobile device.

Kanopy

Kanopy is a video Streaming platform for public libraries delivering one of the largest collections of indie films, classic cinema, festival and educational documentaries, and movies online or through an app. The services enable Public Library and State Library members to browse and view over 30,000 films and documentaries from top suppliers, including the BBC, Criterion Collection, Ronin Films and Madman Entertainment. Once selected, each film may be viewed, paused, finished and re-watched over a 72 hour period before requesting again. Once signed in you can view up to four films or documentaries within a one month loan period. These are updated on the first of every month. Switch to Kanopy Kids for unlimited viewing of children's movies and programs.

Overdrive

The Western Australian Digital Media Collection contains thousands of fiction and nonfiction eBooks with new titles being added regularly. The Overdrive collection is provided as a state wide program and titles can be borrowed and downloaded to your computer, eReader or mobile device. Download the Libby app and follow easy step by step instructions.

Busy Things

Busy Things is an online resource for children that includes fun learning activities focusing on creative development, problem solving, reasoning, numeracy, communication, language and literacy, and knowledge and understanding of the world. Busy Things is provided through Better Beginnings supporting families in sharing a love of reading.

Story Box Library

Story Box Library is a beautiful online reading room where the wonderful world of Australian Children's Literature is on permanent exhibition. Enjoy a vibrant, interactive experience from a range of storytellers, each sharing past and present book titles. Film is also used to connect children with the stories.

Ancestry Library Edition

Discover your unique family history online. Ancestry Library Edition includes billions of records from around the world, including the United States of America, United Kingdom and Canadian census, immigration and passport records, journals, books, and photos. Visit the Mandurah Libraries online library catalogue and login to your membership to access Ancestry Library Edition.

Are you a science fiction, fantasy, or paranormal romance fan? Baen Books is now making available - for free - a number of its titles  in electronic format.  Read these titles online - no conditions, no strings attached, or you can download the books.

Project Gutenberg offers over 51,000 free eBooks downloadable to your personal computer, ebook reader, smart phone or other personal device.

State Records Office of Western Australia

The State Records Office of Western Australia is responsible for managing, preserving and providing access to the states archives. Information on over two million government records is available online.

The Cochrane Library

The Cochrane Library is a collection of evidence-based medical reviews from Cochrane, other systematic reviews and clinical trials. These online reviews explore the evidence for and against the appropriateness and effectiveness of treatments including medications, surgery and education.

Trove

Trove is an online catalogue of over 440 million items held in libraries across Australia, including university, state and public libraries. Items include books, films, music, maps, images and historic newspapers.
