Learn how to make the most of everyday foods, stretch your grocery budget further and create meals that support healthy ageing and overall wellbeing.
Grow Cook Eat Nutritionist Nicole Ingram will share simple cooking techniques, easy meal ideas and tips to help you feel more confident in the kitchen. You'll also learn smart strategies for reducing food waste, storing food safely and planning meals that are both delicious and nutritious.
The workshop includes a hands-on cooking session where you'll help prepare a selection of healthy recipes before sitting down to enjoy a relaxed long table lunch with fellow participants. It's a great opportunity to learn new skills, share ideas and connect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.
