The “Kettlebell Girl”! I have been a part of the MARC Fitness team since 2014.Kettlebell training builds strength and cardiovascular endurance at the same time, making it the perfect solution for busy people who want to maximise results in minimal time. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved fitness, or overall strength, kettlebells get it done.
I also have a keen interest in training children, helping them build strong foundations and healthy habits from an early age.
My sessions can be challenging, but I believe you’re far more likely to stick with training if you’re enjoying it. I’ll push you to work hard, support you every step of the way, and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
I joined the MARC Fitness team as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in 2015. I have developed extensive knowledge in strength training and have a strong passion for helping women achieve their strength goals.
I support my clients through a fun, interactive training style that challenges you while keeping sessions enjoyable. My goal is to ensure you leave every workout feeling accomplished, confident, and smiling.
As a qualified Wellness and Nutrition Coach, I also offer one-on-one nutritional guidance and personalised meal plans to complement your training and help you reach your goals faster and more sustainably.
Outside the gym, I’m an avid hiker who loves setting challenging but achievable goals — and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Together, we’ll set clear goals and work consistently to achieve them.
With a strong focus on safe, sustainable, and enjoyable training, I specialise in helping clients achieve their goals through correct technique and structured programming. My approach ensures you maximise results while reducing the risk of injury, building strength and confidence along the way.
As an active basketball and golf player, I understand the importance of sport-specific training and performance development. Through my own training, I’ve improved my vertical jump height and club head speed, and I enjoy helping clients enhance their power, strength, and overall athletic performance.

I have extensive knowledge in physique sculpting, correct body mechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. My focus is on identifying and correcting imbalances by strengthening underactive muscles, while improving joint mobility, stability, and overall movement quality.
My goal is to help you build habits and routines you genuinely enjoy — whether that’s refining your training, improving your nutrition, or creating healthier daily behaviours — so you can achieve results that last.
I’ve been a part of the MARC Fitness team since 2007; during this time I have developed a broad skillset and the experience to help you get the most out of your training.
I’m heavily involved in triathlon and can design programs for beginners who want to try the sport, as well as more experienced athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. Beyond swim, bike, and run, I also bring experience in boxing for fitness, helping you push past your limits in a safe and effective way.
My goal is to make training enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding — so you leave each session feeling accomplished and motivated to keep progressing.
I’m passionate about functional training that improves movement patterns, builds muscular strength, and develops stability and mobility to support all areas of daily life.
