Proposed review of local law

The City of Mandurah has resolved to review the following local laws:

This is to determine whether or not the local laws should be repealed, amended or remain unchanged. 

Copies of these local laws may be inspected at or obtained from the City’s Administration Centre, 3 Peel Street, Mandurah, between 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday. Copies will also be available for viewing at any City of Mandurah library during normal operating hours and available from the City of Mandurah website www.mandurah.wa.gov.au.

Submissions about the proposed review may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah, PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210, emailed to [email protected] or visit www.mandurahmatters.com.au.

The closing date for submissions is 18 September 2026.
