Step back in time to when dinosaurs roamed the land and the oceans were ruled by giant marine predators. Sea Monsters: Prehistoric Ocean Predators brings these ancient creatures to life through interactive displays and real museum specimens.

Hosted by Mandurah Museum, this travelling exhibition combines fascinating storytelling with real museum specimens and interactive experiences. Featuring materials from the Australian National Maritime Museum alongside highlights from the WA Museum collection, it offers a rare glimpse into the lives of these ancient ocean predators.

Discover fascinating fossils, including a whale vertebra, crocodile skulls, a hawksbill turtle and more, and explore hands-on models of prehistoric species.

Young explorers can join the fun by completing a quiz for the chance to win a LEGO prize. During the school holidays, creativity flows in the Make Your Own Sea Monster workshops, where children can craft wooden sharks or fold their own prehistoric creatures through origami.
