How do you design your creative practice aligned with your values? In this deep dive session, you will clarify your values and learn to lead with them each and every day.

This insightful workshop is for arts, design and culture professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the key drivers inside their business and creative practice.

You'll leave with a solid foundation to build your creative practice upon - and you'll have a lens through which to make decisions about future collaborations and upcoming projects. Navigating external and internal transitions with a compass like this can be career defining. We’ll also learn how weaving values based language into your communications can help you to build a professional reputation that is authentic and clear.

With 20+ years as a professional photographer in the arts and culture sectors, Bo is highly attuned to the evolving needs of creatives and small businesses. Expanding her role into education and professional development, Bo has developed digital programs, the Field Guide for Creatives, Soul Traders Podcast, a program of workshops, 1:1 mentoring and retreats. These services address real-world strategic challenges in the creative sectors and offer expansive, thoughtful development for individual artists and arts organisations. Passionate about elevating the arts and supporting arts worker wellbeing while continuing to exhibit her own work, Bo is a natural collaborator bringing expertise, humour, and warmth to every project.

Bo lives and works on Menang Country, in Kwoorabup Denmark.
