Accessing RecOnline is easy, but first, you need to set up a password.

You need to have a current active email address registered with us to log in to RecOnline. 

If you receive emails from us occasionally, that's the email we have in our system and the email you should use to sign in to RecOnline.

If you have not given us an email address before, or you're not sure what email you used, please call us on 9550 3600, one of our friendly customer service staff would be happy to help.

How to set up your password

  1. Visit the RecOnline Log In page
  2. Click 'Forgot Username/Password?'
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click 'Retrieve Password'. This will send a Forgot Password Request to your email
  5. Open the email and click on the link to reset your password
  6. Choose a new password
  7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click continue
  8. Choose the location you wish to log in to, Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre or Halls Head.
    Note: Choosing which centre you wish to visit will be important when booking into group fitness classes. The group fitness timetable will only be available to book classes for the centre you have chosen to log into. You can easily change centres once in RecOnline by going to the home page and selecting “change locations”
  9. Click continue log in.

You should now be logged in to RecOnline! If you have any issues setting up your password, please contact us or visit us in centre, we'd be happy to help you through the process.

Do you need help creating a new RecOnline account? 

If you have not previously been a member with us, we can help you create your RecOnline account so that you can easily make online bookings for Group Fitness and Swimming sessions.

We can then assist you to set you up in our system so you can make online bookings. 

Booking a group fitness or aqua fitness class online is easy. Here is a step by step guide to get you started.

  1. Login to your RecOnline account
  2. Select your name and location. Note: The location you choose when you log in, needs to be the same location as the class you wish to book into. If you chose the wrong location, look in the top right corner of the screen for 'Change location' and select again.
  3. Hover over the “Book Online” Tab at the top of the page until the three options appear - depending on what class you would like to book into choose either AquaFit Classes, GymFit Classes or Teen Workout Club Only
  4. When you have found the class you would like to book into select 'Book'. Note: Members can book into classes included in the membership up to 12 hours in advance at both MARC and Halls Head. Casuals and Visit Pass Holders can book classes 2 hours in advance at both MARC and Halls Head. (The 2 hour rule also applies to members if the class is not included in their membership)
  5. If the class is open for bookings, a Booking Confirmation will appear. Note: If the class is not yet available for bookings, a error message will display.
  6. Click 'Book Now'
  7. RecOnline will ask 'Are you sure?' Click OK to confirm your booking
  8. You will be redirected to Your Bookings calendar and a message will display as “Class booking successfully made”. Note: Your Bookings calendar allows you to view your bookings on a weekly calendar, you cannot edit your bookings from here.
  9. When you arrive at the centre for your class, please scan your Fob/Band at the Group Fitness Kiosk. It will automatically recognise that you have booked into a class on RecOnline and ask you if you wish to print the ticket.
  10. Click “Continue” to print your ticket then give your ticket to your instructor at the beginning of the class.
Log in to RecOnline

You can book online into Swim School classes and our Kids Activities Programs. Read through our class descriptions and choose the level that best suits your child’s age and ability

  1. View the class schedule
  2. Use the filter to see available classes
  3. Register or log onto your RecOnline account and proceed with booking
  4. Complete enrolment details
  5. Pay the upfront pro-rata fee of 2 weeks and enter Direct Debit details (you can use either bank details or credit card whichever you prefer)

Step Two

Book in for an appraisal with one of our Fitness Instructors to set up a program.

Check off each exercise as you perform it from the list of exercises in your program. Each exercise comes with a video guide to assist you.

Step Three

Connect to the equipment

  • With a QR code - open your MyWellness app on your smartphone, select the QR code icon and scan the QR code on the equipment
  • With a smartphone - for NFC compatible smartphones, just hold your phone next to the cardio equipment's screen
  • With your RFID key ring or wristband - hold your RFID key ring or wristband next to the machine's screen to track and log your exercise in your MyWellness account. 
Step Four

Customise the UNITY display with your own personal content including your favourite websites, TV channels, social networking apps, virtual training and outdoor runs.

You can also link your my wellness account to popular health and fitness mobile apps and health devices, allowing you to access all your lifestyle data in one place.
