Rooms and Vehicle Hire
Hire Conditions
Rooms are available to hire for; counselling, workshops, training, functions, activities and events.
Groups and organisations offering a service to young people aged 11 – 25 will be prioritised.
Due to the nature of our service, alcohol consumption is not permitted with any room or vehicle hire.
If you have any further questions, or want to check on the status of a booking, please contact our Facility Officer on 9550 3673 (Mon -Thurs 8am-4pm).

Instructions on the bond, fees, COVID-19 and other safety and security procedures will be provided to the hirer.
General Hall
The general hall is ideal for indoor activities, workshops, large meetings, presentations, project launches and more.

Training Room
The training room is a perfect room for group training, workshops, alternative education, presentations and meetings.
- Room size 34.5m2
- Capacity of 20 people lecture style, 15 people in circle style
- Whiteboard, Projector and pin up boards
- Table and chairs provided
Board Room
The board room is ideal for meetings, group training, presentations, workshops, meetings and more.
- Room size 34.5m2
- Capacity of 15 people around a large board room table (table can be separated into smaller tables for your convenience)

Computer Room
The computer room provides a high number of computers in the perfect space for group training and more.

Counselling Room

COVID Safety
As per Federal and State Government advice the Billy Dower Youth Centre has a Covid-19 Safe Plan. Good hygiene practices, social distancing are a condition of hall hire.
