Keep the kids entertained these school holidays with a huge line up of FREE activities at our Libraries! Check out our great range of fun and creative activities as part of our school holiday program!
This activity is a great way to recycle left over jars and turn them into pretty lanterns to hang outside on summer evenings or create a cosy light in winter. Using a jar and flower decals applied with glue and finished with modge podge, fasten a handle or string decoration to your jar lantern, pop in a tealight candle and enjoy the glow.
Ages: 5 – 12
While our activities are designed for ages 5 – 12, younger children may require assistance from a parent or carer to complete the activity.
