Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging, combining cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. You’ll be guided by experienced instructors who will tailor activities to suit all fitness levels, ensuring you feel motivated and supported throughout the session. Plus, there’s nothing like the refreshing ocean breeze and the sound of waves to make your workout truly unforgettable! Cost: Members are FREE. Non-members $10.50
