Recently the City of Mandurah Human Resources and Organisational Development team undertook an interesting team building exercise.
They teamed up with a company called Dismantle to build bikes, which were then donated to a local charity.
Over a period of three hours the team put together four bikes which went to Peel Youth Services.
“This was a win win, “said Mandurah CEO Mark Newman.
“At the City of Mandurah we are very serious about building a positive work culture, we want the City to be a place where people really want to work.
“We have made great improvements in our culture and this is being reflected in excellent customer service results.
“We are also very serious about supporting our young people, so these bikes being given to Peel Youth Services is good news,” the CEO said.
