Seared and Smoked will be held on Friday, March 13 at 6.30pm on the Eastern Foreshore and tickets are $95, which includes a drink on arrival.
Be part of the theatrical cooking action as the chefs whip up a delicious menu in front of guests, including internationally renowned chef, television presenter and Crab Fest culinary ambassador Pete Evans who will be sharing in the experience.
The menu will be a mix of WA and locally sourced produce and is set to include crab tacos, Don Hancey’s famous chilli mussels, grilled and smoked Mandurah mullet, whole hog on a spit, smoked brisket and grilled local vegetables.
This unique food experience will also feature a local bar with beverages from the Peel Region (additional drinks available to purchase), and live performances from local musicians.
Mandurah’s award-winning event, the Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest, will burst onto the scene on March 14 and 15 with a huge range of experiences for all to enjoy.
Crab Fest is WA’s biggest free regional festival, showcasing two days of amazing food, entertainment and activities while celebrating local produce from across the Peel region.
