Total Fire Ban

A Total Fire Ban has been declared for Monday 15th December between the hours of 12.00am (0000hrs) and 11.59pm (2359hrs). Details of Total Fire Bans for the area can be accessed at emergency.wa.gov.au.
 
A Total Fire Ban occurs on days when fires are most likely to threaten lives and property and are declared by DFES.  
 
ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED DURING THE PERIOD OF THIS BAN: 

• NO open-air fires, solid fuel BBQs or pizza ovens are permitted 
• NO hot works (e.g. welding, grinding, cutting, heating etc) outside of a suitably enclosed area  
• You cannot use an engine, vehicle, plant, equipment or machinery, powered by an internal combustion engine, Off-road such as in the bush, paddock or on any land which contains vegetation (alive or dead). This includes motorbikes, quad bikes, excavators, chain saws, lawnmowers and generators
