The Digital Hub @ Mandurah Library

The Digital Hub provides training and assistance with technology in a variety of regular activities. Learn how to use your computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone and more. Training is done in small groups, or you can book a one on one session to specifically address your needs. Book your place in person or by phone at your local Mandurah Libraries branch. 

The FabLab @ the Falcon eLibrary and Community Centre

The FabLab is a makerspace at the Falcon eLibrary and Community Centre where you can learn how to use the 3D printer, sewing machines , electronics and programming or share your skills with others.

The FabLab currently offers:

  • 3D Printing service
  • 2 sewing machines and 1 overlocker
  • CoderDojo, a free coding club for ages 7-17 years
  • Adult and children's maker workshops
  • Drop in sessions

Technology Tea for Seniors

Are you in need a few technology tips? Come along and have your questions answered in the Technology Tea for Seniors sessions!

Join the libraries tech-savvy staff for some morning tea and advice about technology. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experts, with tech ranging from computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and downloading library eBooks, eAudio books and downloadable magazines.

Please make sure to bring in your own devices and we will talk about all things tech.

What could you learn?

  • Develop new skills for using your device
  • Discover ideas about how to use technology for all kinds of daily activities
  • Using Google
  • Apps for you
  • Anything else that you might find interesting
