City of Mandurah Update: Return to pre-lockdown life
The Perth and Peel restrictions ended at 12.01am, Sunday 14 February and we have returned to our pre-lockdown life.
This means masks are no longer required but you will still need to sign in to City facilities using the SafeWA app or registration sheet.
It is recommended you continue to practise physical distancing where possible, maintain good personal hygiene at all times and get tested when unwell.

Facilities Status
We will provide updates as operational details are finalised:
- Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre - regular hours with return to standard capacity.
- City of Mandurah libraries - regular hours at all libraries. Visit a library page for program information.
- Seniors and Community Centre - all programs, activities and classes resume from Monday 15 February except for Bingo and University of the Third Age. See the Seniors and Community Centre page for the current program.
- Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah - regular operating hours.
- Mandurah Community Museum - regular operating hours.
- Billy Dower Youth Centre - all programs are up and running, with the following programs resuming for 2021 this week: Lakelands After School Drop In, Thrive Young Women's Program, Young Men’s Program and Game Club.
- Administration Building - regular hours with contact registration required for all in-person enquiries.
- Mandurah Waste Management Centre - regular residential bin and verge collection schedules. Tip open.
- Community halls and indoor hireable spaces - halls and hire are available from Monday 15 February.
- Playgrounds, skate parks and outdoor fitness equipment - are all open as normal.

Masks
Masks are no longer a requirement from Sunday 14 February. Other COVID safe protective measures, such as hand hygiene, staying home when unwell and physical distancing remain essential measures.

You are legally required to sign in at all facilities using the SafeWA app or sign the contact register.

What you can and can't do
Bin collection
Your bins will be collected as normal during the transition period. Please put your bins out on your verge by 6am on your normal bin day.
