The lights on the Mandurah Bridge have proved a hit since they were first turned on. They
add a fun dimension to Mandurah with the bridge being lit every night in different colours –
in fact, there are over 6.7 million possible colours.
And now the City of Mandurah is making it possible for your charitable organisation to
book the lights to lights to help promote your organisation's special event or appeal. In
most cases this will be free – but if we have to create a special program we would pass on
the costs to you.
“I think this is a great use of the community‟s bridge, I love the idea that the City can help
you put your charity up in lights,” said Mandurah Mayor, Rhys Williams.
"This is another example of the City working to connect community,” the Mayor said.
There are a few rules, for example bookings will not be accepted for commercial
