Borrow, Request and Renew Items
Present your library card with the items you wish to borrow at Mandurah Library, Falcon eLibrary and Community Centre or Lakelands Library and Community Centre. 20 items can be borrowed on each membership. This includes up to 10 DVDs and 10 CDs. Use your library membership number to access online resources.

Renew your items from anywhere using our online library catalogue.
- Login using your membership card number and PIN
- View your current loans and select the items you would like to renew
- Click on options and then renew selections
- All items that can be renewed will display a new due date. Any items that can’t be renewed will show up in red. These items will need to be returned to your library.
Alternatively, visit any Mandurah Libraries branch to renew your items.
To find items available through Mandurah Libraries:
- Login to the online library catalogue, using your library card number and PIN
- Find the item on the catalogue by doing a quick or advanced search
- Click on the title of the item from your search list to see the full details
- Click on place reservation at the top of the screen
- Select your pick-up location
- Click on continue and a reservation placed screen will show.
To find items that are not available through Mandurah Libraries:
- Login to the online library catalogue, using your library card number and PIN
- From the My Library section on the homepage select Inter-library loan request
- This will take you to Read Your WA Library: connect and collect page.
When prompted, login:
- The User ID is your library card number
- The password is your library PIN or password
- For authentication service select Mandurah Libraries from the drop-down list
- Add your email address
- Select your pickup location
- Search for an item
- When you find your item, click the Get-It! button to request the item.
Inter-Library Loan Limits
To deliver a more effective service to local communities in WA, State and public libraries WA have implemented the following inter-library loan limits:
- Items will be available for inter-library lending from 12 months after purchase
- DVDs are unavailable for inter-library loan
- Audio books are unavailable for inter-library loan
