The City of Mandurah runs multiple community events during the year, that offer varied opportunities for vendors and community to participate.

The City of Mandurah will deliver the Festivals and Events program for 2020/2021 in line with the advice and direction provided by the WA Department of Health and the World Health Organisation.

Major events

Crab Fest 2022 will be held 18 - 20 March 2022 and will have a variety of stallholder and business opportunities.

Mobile Food Vendors
Self-contained registered food vehicles. 6m x 3m sites priced from $892.

Food prepared and packaged in advance for sale on site. 3m x 3m sites priced from $1050.

Market Stallholder
Handmade artistry artists welcome to apply. 3m x 3m sites priced from $900.

Workshop Stallholder
Activity providers welcome to apply, along with artists or providers of food/drink/artistry/entertainment workshop experiences. Costs for this type of set-up is negotiable and dependant on the proposal.

Expressions of Interest - Now Open

Ticketed Music Entertainment Hub Provider (1 opportunity available)
Targeting existing event organisation with experience in delivering ticketed outdoor music and entertainment events.

Unique Food/Drink Experience Provider (minimum 5 opportunities available)
Targeting food and beverage businesses, wineries, breweries, and catering/event management companies to provide a memorable and unique food/drink experience as part of the Mandurah Crab Fest program.

Opportunities are available during December to pop up a Christmas themed activity or performance around the Christmas Lights Trail. Applications are open to businesses and community groups.

Activations and entertainment will be programmed at the City's discretion.

Celebrate New Years Eve in Mandurah with fireworks displays at 9pm and midnight.

There are no stallholder opportunities at this event.
