About the Event
Immerse yourself in a festive wonderland as the City of Mandurah lights up the night with the dazzling Christmas Lights Trail, supported by Lotterywest and Tourism Western Australia.
Running from 28 November 2025, - 4 January 2026, this enchanting trail will illuminate the City Centre and Mandurah Ocean Marina with spectacular light displays and festive cheer.
Wander through WA’s biggest Christmas Lights Trail and experience a breathtaking spectacle that transforms Mandurah into a glowing wonderland. With 35 stunning light installations shining across land and water, the trail will take you on a magical journey through the City Centre, Eastern Foreshore and Mandurah Ocean Marina.
Experience augmented reality magic — scan the QR code along the trail to view Santa’s workshop come to life before your eyes! Every night brings something new, with a vibrant line-up of free entertainment, activities and festive fun for all ages.
Enjoy a rotating program of family-friendly events throughout December, including:
- Live Music Stage (5 Dec – 4 Jan) – Celebrate local talent performing every night along the foreshore.
 - Silent Disco (12 and 19 Dec, 2 Jan) – Dance under the stars with a world-first haptic sensory experience at Light 18.
 - Mandurah Christmas Markets (10, 17 and 24 Dec) – Browse unique gifts and handmade treasures along the Eastern Foreshore.
 - Free Kids’ Activities (12 Dec – 4 Jan) – From crafts and wildlife displays to face painting and sensory play zones at Keith Holmes Reserve and the Eastern Foreshore.
 - Free Photos with Santa (1, 8, 15 and 22 Dec) – Meet Santa along the trail and capture a special family moment.
 - Free Outdoor Movies (9, 16, 23 and 31 Dec) – Enjoy festive film favourites under the stars on the Eastern Foreshore.

View the accessibility map and save on your phone when you visit our lights trail. While we’ve worked to provide an accessible pathway, please note that some challenges may be experienced. Many light installations are positioned along pathways or solid surfaces, though some are set up on grass. Enjoy the festive atmosphere with easier access along much of the trail.
- We are committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy the Christmas Lights Trail. Many installations are positioned along pathways or on solid surfaces, and accessible facilities, including a Changing Places facility and accessible toilets, are available near the Mandurah Visitor Centre.
 - ACROD parking is provided in key areas such as the City Centre, Mandjar Square, and Mandurah Ocean Marina.
 - Seating along the route and a mobility scooter recharge station on the Eastern Foreshore are also available.
