Join us for a celebration of the night skies during International Dark Sky Week, running from 21st – 28th April 2025. This global event is a perfect opportunity to explore the wonders of the universe, and we’re inviting children to dive into the magic of the stars!
Suzy from Starbright Wonderland will be hosting a FREE 45-minute interactive activity at the Mandurah Visitor Centre. Ideal for children aged 6 to 11, this fun and engaging session will introduce them to the science of stars, planets, and the universe.
What to expect:
Create your own planisphere, a cool tool that shows which stars are visible at any time of year!
Test your knowledge and win fun prizes during the activity.
Take home your own planisphere and an interactive handout to explore the night sky with your family.
