About the Event
Keep the kids entertained these school holidays with a huge line up of FREE activities at our Libraries! Check out our great range of fun and creative activities as part of our school holiday program!
Buzz the blue-banded bee is off on an adventure, but her day is full of pesky surprises! Join us as we follow Buzz and meet the invasive pests she encounters, like fruit flies, polyphagous shot-hole borer (PSHB), and feral honeybees. Learn how to spot these biosecurity threats and discover ways to help protect our environment.
Build your very own native bee hotel to take home!

While our activities are designed for ages 5 – 12, younger children may require assistance from a parent or carer to complete the activity.
