About the Event
Kids can let out their creative side and discover the joy of creating and decorating their own wooden train, including a train driver to take home and enjoy for hours of fun.
Children will be guided through sanding, constructing, gluing and decorating their train using paint pens.
While at the Museum, discover the history of the South West Railways and view our model train display.
Perfect for young train enthusiasts who can let their imagination run wild with their train adventures
Suitable for ages 5-11 years old.

The event is held Tuesday 18 January, Wednesday 19 January and Thursday 13 and Thursday 20 January.
Three sessions are held each day:
10.30am - 11.30am
12.30pm - 1.30pm
2.00pm - 3.00pm
