Join the Neurological Council of WA for a free information session during National Stroke Month. This session features the expertise of community neurological nurses, who provide nursing care and health navigation services for individuals with neurological conditions of all ages.
Attendees will gain insights into the Neurocare services offered by the organization, including personalized consultation, assessment, information, education, navigation, and advocacy. The session will cover various neurological conditions, eligibility criteria, available locations, funding options, and the process to access the Neurocare Program.
This is an opportunity not to be missed for individuals living with neurological conditions or those supporting someone with such a condition.
