About the Event
This free Lunch and Learn workshop has been designed especially for local employers, business owners, managers, and HR professionals who want to learn practical ways to build an inclusive workforce and tap into new talent.
Supported through a City of Mandurah community grant, this session will show how Customised Employment can help your business meet workforce needs, improve staff retention, and enhance your reputation as an employer of choice. You’ll hear about real examples of local success stories and learn how to adapt customised employment to fit your industry and business size.
The workshop will be facilitated by Midway and Sprout Space, two organisations with strong expertise in creating inclusive workplaces and supporting people with disability to succeed.
Participants will have the chance to ask questions, exchange ideas, and connect with other businesses interested in inclusive hiring. Lunch will be provided, and all resources will be shared after the session to help you put what you learn into action.
This workshop is free to attend. Seats are limited, and bookings are essential.
