
About the Event
This course will be held at the Mandurah Bowling Club on the 12 October. The 3.5 hours course aims to increase your awareness of mental health and wellbeing. From this course you will learn about different types of mental health conditions. The course will explore the types of warning signs and treatments.
You will learn practical skills to manage stress. The course will show you different activities that you can do when you are feeling down. These skills can used in all areas of your life.
The course will teach you about signs to recognise when someone is going through a hard time. The course will provide you with information and tools to assist friends, family members or colleagues to seek help or find supports. A light refreshment will be provided.
