In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah advertises the proposal to lease a 438 sq. metre portion of reserve 42050 being The Stage Door Waterfront Restaurant at 9 James Service Place, to Donald Raymond McCausland and Gayla Frances Iannetta trading as The Stage Door Pty Ltd for a term of five years with a further five-year renewal term option (5+5 years), annual rent commencing at $97,500 per annum plus outgoings (exclusive GST) as determined by an independent current market valuation. Market rent review due at the end of the first term CPI rate to be applied annually.
